If I have ever seen magic, it has been in Africa 🖤
I absolutely love this range! I have recently been away at a game reserve, and I couldn’t wait to get started on this album as I knew exactly what it was going to be used for!
I started off by heat embossing all the chippies and the borders of the chippies with gold embossing powder. I also cut the cut files as per the colours below. I used transparency paper to cut a stencil that I thought would compliment my album.
On the cover I cut the saying out of vinyl and used the beautiful Africa continent outline chippie. The spine is made using the double layer mask – the bottom with black ink and the top with texture paste.
On the first page I used the Find my Soul chipboard title. The right page I made an automatic waterfall with the strips from the bottom of the pages to decorate the different layers.
On the second page, I made 2 pockets with inserts that come out and you can add photos to both sides. I used the double layer Tribal mask again with black ink and texture paste.
On the third page, I made a flap that opens with the fussy cut elephant popping up. The right side has a pocket that allows for lots of photos or memorabilia to be added.
On the fourth page, I used some of the cut file cutouts and used texture paste to make paw prints to go with the beautiful fussy cut rhino. The two pages open out and I used the double-page design with the animals on either side. I used the animal print chippies to create two tuck spaces which again allows for lots of photos.
On the last page I had 3 feature photos and the right side opens to an amazing pop-up which showcases the fussy cut animals.
