To create some cards for my pockets I used Lady Pattern Paper and added some sentiments to the paper to make my own Project Life style cards with a handmade twist of course.
Print your selected sentiment onto white typing paper.
Cut your patterned paper the correct size to fit over the printed sentiment.
Adhere the patterned paper piece over the printed sentiment on the typing paper. Insert the paper into your printer and print again.
Remove the printed sentiment on the patterned paper and add your finishing touches. I added additional patterned paper pieces, a punched border negative strip, some heart elements and paint splats to finish off my card.
Select a sentiment stamp. Stamp the sentiment in clear VersaMark ink and stamp onto patterned paper. Sprinkle with copper embossing powder and heat set with a heat gun.
Cut a piece of kraft paper to the size of a card. Adhere the embossed sentiment and a punched border strip to the card base.
Add finishing touches like diamanté and pearls to the card. Insert the cards into your project life style pockets and add your photos and finishing touches.
I love the simplicity of project life – it enables me to add lots of photos, capturing a special event with creative details, and I can add my own spin to it just the way I like it. And best of all I can use my Lady Pattern Paper papers to add those creative elements – everything I love all in one.
