I used two of the Sweet Dreams sheets to create my base design on top of the Lady Pattern Paper Kraft sheets. I punched the straight edges of my paper and inked all of them with the Antique Linen Distress Oxide and the one with the Dreamcatcher with an added bit of Dusty Concord Distress Ink.
Then using the circle making punch I punched Fly Free into a 10” circle for the centre of my page.
To cut the title I cut a sheet of Lily Daydream – Dusty Script in half. I deleted the word in the file and cut the shadow on the leaf side, then undid the delete and deleted the shadow and cut the word on the writing side, then I inked the front half of the word with Dusty Concord Distress ink and then the back half of the shadow with the same ink. This way it would stand out on the busy background. (Download the Silhouette Studio cut file here)
Having created my title, I used the Living The Dream sheet to make my embellishments for my page. Starting on the left-hand side, I first cut two of the “arrow” strips off the sheet before cutting up the butterflies and words I needed. I then used the two circle punches and butterflies I own to punch out some of the leftover papers.
Having constructed the base of my page with the photos laid out, I then set about adding the embellishments in clusters which I had made from the punches and fussy cuts.

Belinda is an artist, a teacher and above all, she’s down to earth with a heart of pure gold… Read more here »
