One of my favourite things to make is a quick tag. I have come to use more tags than cards to write a quick message and add it to a gift or parcel. For me a tag can be used in so many ways for instance as a book mark or recycled onto a card or a scrapbook layout. They are quick to make and I can use all those beautiful paper scraps.
Adhere some paper strips to a Manilla tag. Trim down any overlapping bits of paper using your scissors.
From your It’s a PINK thing Fussy Cut Sheet, cut out the heart and ink the edges. Adhere the heart to your tag.
Ink the edges of your tag to hide any cutting lines and add some more colour. I used a bright pink. Gather some glitter hearts to add as decorative elements.
Add some additional stamping to the background for added interest. Then add your glitter heart and any other embellishments. The paper heart forms the focal point of your tag and you will need some supporting elements.
And in a few easy steps you just created a beautiful It’s a PINK thing tag using your scraps and a few embellishments.
