The colours in the Sun O’Clock scrapbooking range are just beautiful! Perfect to scrap your favourite summer photos, whether it be at the beach or next to the pool.
I started off by cutting the “life’s a beach!” and “splash” pages in half. I stuck this on white cardstock to give it strength. When you stick the “splash” half of the left page you need to make sure you tape it to make 3 pockets for the tags.
On the left “splash” page, I cut 3 holes so that when you pull the tags out you have another photo underneath. There are 3 tags with white ribbon. You can have photos or sayings on the front and back of each of these tags. They were cut from “splash” with the water print facing up.
I stuck the saying strip from “life’s a beach!” on the top left corner and used some foam to make it stand out more. I also used the “fun” chippie which I heat embossed with white embossing powder.
On the right page, I used a strip of cardstock and 2 brads to make a band that the 2-page booklet slides over. The booklet is made using the “Lazy Days” sheet of paper and folded so that you see some of the blue sticking out from underneath.
I used some flowers, stickers, fussy cut elements and the birds from the beach mini mask with paste to add some fun elements and textures.
Under the booklet I used the border of the chippie heat embossed with white embossing powder.
