I love making quick little gifts and home décor items with my scrapbooking stash. So what’s a girl to do with a lonely little empty frame? Well make something quick and easy and oh so fashionable. Right!
I was playing around with some frames and finally got to fill some of them too. For this frame I used my Lady Pattern Paper as a background with a gold painted deer head mounted in the centre and surrounded by gold confetti flakes.
Seriously you can’t get any cuter and quicker than this. I love how the pink Lady Pattern Paper shows off against the turquoise frame.
Die cut the deer head out of smooth white cardstock OR Lady Pattern Paper. Paint the die cut with several layers of gold ink or paint and letting each layer dry before adding the next one.
Cut the Lady Pattern Paper to size to fit inside the frame. Once the deer head is dry, mount it onto the pink Lady Pattern Paper using foam tape or dots for a bit of dimension.
This framed deer art is a quick and easy home décor project and Lady Pattern Paper makes creating vibrant and beautiful art so much fun, and so easy!
