There are few things that can beat the Starry Night and pink circle (reverse side of Baby Hearts) papers.
I combined my papers with some New Year’s cards left over from one of my projects over the December period.
To add some interest to my layout I combined some interesting stencil techniques using different mediums onto my background and overlapping onto my patterned papers too.
Sewing, stamping, stickers and project life cards add to complete the look together with the patterned papers. The sewing makes the pattern papers flow into each other beautifully.
Those beautiful round stickers were a gift from a special friend straight from Israel – nothing scrapbooking but perfect for my crafting style. Wooden buttons and diamante add a nice touch picking up all the colours throughout the layout.
A few more paint elements created with a printing technique and the GoCut and Emboss machine makes for a fun element and continues the repetition of the paint and colours.
So when in doubt the Lady Pattern Paper range of papers is simply perfect to create with, and when combined with left-overs and odd embellishments make for a stunning New Year’s layout in the end.
